Excerpts from a Pink Sheet

"G and I watched a Bowl game today. We are competing to see who can pick the most bowl winners. So far we are tied at six a piece. He was in a good mood today but it appears that he is having more problems breathing. He coughs and yawns frequently. He wasn't in any pain and seemed to be comfortable."

NEXT VISIT "Visited with G for a few hours. L, his wife, is never far from him but she took a few minutes while I was there to get the mail and do a little work. I don't know how she does it but there is not a hint of resentment or grief about G's condition or the demands it places on her. She dotes on him constantly. I guess there are angels on earth."
