Executive Director

Hospice of Charleston, a Charleston, SC based nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for the residents of Charleston, Berekley and Dorchester counties is seeking an Executive Director to oversee a staff of 125, administer a gross revenue of 12 million, and provide overall direction, of the multiple lines of business, including Hospice Home Care, Home Health, The Hospice Center, KidsPath, Palliative Care and other programs that may be developed.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of five years of hospice experience with proven leadership skills, fundraising experience and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple service lines. Proven ability of working cooperatively with community leaders and a diverse board is a requirement. A Masters degree is preferred in a related field as well as knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.
