Hospice of Charleston started as a grassroots effort by volunteers to provide quality
compassionate care that enables a person diagnosed with a life-limiting illness to live
with dignity and as symptom-free as possible. Today, we remain committed to the same vision.
Hospice of Charleston is dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care for patients and families
throughout the Lowcountry.
We are a nonprofit community organization and proudly care for the residents of
